Gold's Gym in Texas is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to help members reach their fitness goals. You will create personalized programs and provide education on nutrition, cardio, resistance training, and other gym offerings.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will conduct service appointments, assess goals, and demonstrate equipment while maintaining a safe, clean workout floor. The role supports revenue goals and member engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness appointments to design personalized plans for members.
• Gather member goals and constraints to set success path at Gold's Gym.
• Develop personalized exercise programs aligned with member goals.
• Support members of varying fitness levels to help them train successfully.
• Use floor hours to coach exercises, demo equipment, and keep floor safe.
• Share advanced fitness knowledge to motivate, challenge, and promote classes.
• Perform gym walkthroughs and re-rack weights to meet Gold's Gym standards.
• Help club reach monthly revenue goals set by management.
• Other duties as assigned.
