Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to help elevate client performance and lifestyles within our premium fitness environment. You will work under two managers to refine programming, education, business, and financial planning for a flexible and unlimited career path.

As part of our team, you’ll build a strong client base, deliver targeted training plans, and continuously develop professionally through internal education and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a bachelor’s degree in the field.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• PT Business Management: Build and maintain an active client base.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule for client appointments and open availability.
• Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other services for members.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
