Job summary

Equinox is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer in Los Angeles to empower clients through personalized workouts and expert coaching. You will develop programming, educate clients, and manage a client base under two managers, driving performance and financial planning for your PT career.

You will deliver assessments, guided workouts, and tailored programs for in-person and virtual clients, while maintaining a safe gym floor and staying current with CEUs for promotions.

Qualifications

• National Personal Training certification or a bachelor's degree in fitness
• CPR/AED certification required (or opportunities available)
• Ability to work in-person weekdays/weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, energetic, and respectful demeanor

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base
• Manage scheduling of client appointments and availability
• Market and sell PT programs to members through calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Deliver fitness assessments, guided workouts, and complimentary services
• Create personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients
• Maintain safe, organized fitness floor during shifts
• Participate in continuing education for promotions and growth
