Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Willing to work in-person at multiple US Alpha campuses.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, and hold students to high performance standards.
• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Alpha playbooks and data.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops for mastery.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to foster high performance.
• Track progress and adjust coaching based on data and outcomes.
