Qualifications

• At least 3 years of student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles with measurable impact.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging life-skills workshops.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using Coachbot analytics and progress data.
• Lead structured life-skills workshops for mastery and assess outcomes.
• Set the morning cultural tone with focused kickoff sessions.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families with high standards.
