Vanguard-IP is seeking outstanding patent litigation lawyers with experience before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Ideal candidates hold undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics. An advanced degree or industry experience is a plus, and Patent Bar membership is preferred but not required. Premier AmLaw 100 Firm with Cravath level compensation and a top reputation for attorney satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience before U.S. district courts, the ITC, or the PTAB.
• Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent.
• An advanced degree or industry experience is a plus.
• Patent Bar membership preferred but not required.
