Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an experienced OSINT Targeting Analyst – Subject Matter Expert in Virginia Beach, VA. The role focuses on advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using public and commercial sources to support special operations and HUMINT lead development.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 8+ years of intelligence experience within DoD or IC, and proven OSINT expertise with OSINT/PAI tools, authorities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
• Minimum of three (3) years of specific OSINT/PAI exploitation experience supporting special operations, intelligence operations, targeting, and HUMINT lead development.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
• Advanced proficiency with OSINT tools, databases, and repositories.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced PED using publicly available and commercially available data sources.
• Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations and targeting.
• Fuse publicly available information for multi-intelligence assessments and provide actionable insights.
