Ll Oefentherapie seeks a ConsultingLead Software Developer to drive expert-level solution building using Oracle APEX, solving complex challenges and delivering rapid technology solutions. The role requires obtaining and maintaining Federal Security clearance as a US-based citizen.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Oracle APEX experience, strong SQL/PLSQL, REST data transfer knowledge, and solid front-end tech skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years' experience with Oracle APEX, including 21.x releases.
• Deep knowledge of database design; strong Oracle SQL/PL/SQL experience.
• Experience with REST and data transfer methods.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript.
• Awareness of Oracle JET library desirable.
• Maintain APEX/SQL/PL-SQL/JS coding standards.
• Strong programming in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution building for Oracle Health engagements.
• Develop and deploy web applications with minimal supervision.
• Engage with stakeholders to define MVP for rapid delivery of new tech solutions.
• Document designs into detailed user and technical specifications.
