Job summary

Strategic-Defense-Solutions seeks a Full-Time JTAC Instructor/Evaluator to train NSW personnel in close air support, artillery coordination, and joint fires procedures. You will deliver advanced JTAC training using JFS-ESC simulators, classrooms, hands-on exercises, and field instruction, ensuring currency and readiness for real-world missions.

Qualifications

• JTAC Instructor and/or Evaluator with SOCOM-aligned experience.
• Active or recent security clearance (Secret or higher).
• Familiarity with JTAC TTPs and Joint Fires procedures.
• Proven ability to train and mentor SOF personnel in CAS coordination.

Responsibilities

• Instruct NSW personnel in close air support and artillery coordination.
• Deliver JTAC instruction via simulator, lectures, practicals, and field work.
• Conduct currency controls and scenario-based training for certified JTACs.
• Provide guidance on JTAC procedures, equipment, and comm systems.
• Continuously update training programs to evolving needs.
• Collaborate with SOF SMEs to integrate latest tactics and tech.
