Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Model Marketing Cocktail Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced entertainment environment. You will prepare and serve cocktails and light offerings, handle cash and card transactions, and engage guests to promote the venue.

Applicants should have at least two years in a high-volume service role, cocktail experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in a high-volume, service-focused setting.
• Previous cocktail serving experience in a nightclub environment is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken); multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality guest service while preparing and serving beverages and select food items.
• Handle cash and card transactions at the POS with accuracy and speed.
• Engage guests professionally to market the venue and its offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations, tools, and seating areas.
