Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to drive new business and deliver in-home personal training across Indiana. You will design results-driven programs, assess clients, present services, close sales, and mentor junior trainers.

This role blends fitness excellence with client acquisition and growth opportunities within a dynamic, nationwide brand. Responsibilities include creating tailored workouts via our app, conducting assessments, renewing engagements, and promoting the GYMGUYZ brand.

Qualifications

• Certification as a nationally recognized personal trainer (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Previous fitness sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and flexible hours.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales.
• Mentor Personal Trainers on the team.
• Perform reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.
