Railtown Catering is seeking professional Bartenders to join our Off-site Event Team. These part-time positions suit hospitality pros who enjoy dynamic event settings and delivering exceptional beverage service.

As a Bartender, you will work under the Event Manager to execute mobile bar service at off-site events, from setup to guest interaction, while upholding Railtown’s standards of professionalism and presentation. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending or food and beverage experience in catering, hotel, or restaurant settings.
• Serving It Right certification is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down mobile bar service according to client specifications
• Prepare bar tables, glassware, chill beverages, and mix cocktails
• Assist with loading and unloading beverage products and equipment from catering trucks
• Provide professional, engaging service to clients and guests
• Ensure tidy presentation of all beverage service areas during events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar during service
• Support the Event Manager and team for smooth execution
• Adapt to varying event environments with a team-oriented attitude
