Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks a Medical Instructor/Training Developer to support the JSOMTC team on an 18-month full-time temporary surge assignment. You will deliver instruction for National Registry Emergency Technician Basic and Paramedic courses, and contribute to curriculum development and POI updates.

You will work with SMEs to rewrite and redesign courses as needed, integrating documentation into the TDC Database and ensuring alignment with USASOC and TRADOC requirements.

Qualifications

• SOCM-graduate or Combat Medic or USSOCOM medical instructor credentials.
• US citizen.
• Active US Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• DMV check required.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes using multiple modalities: large group, small group, and hands-on training with SMEs.
• Coordinate classes and prepare lesson plans per SWCS guidance, including practical exercises and activities.
• Assemble and maintain all materials for blocks of instruction (lesson plans, visitor folders, etc.).
