Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury services, hospitality, aviation, or high-end transportation.
• Polished and professional presentation when representing a global brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with tact for sensitive situations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve deviations quickly and creatively.
• Organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple clients and global communications.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: be the primary contact for new clients and ensure a seamless introduction to services.
• Service Oversight: monitor delivery and address deviations to maintain satisfaction.
• Quoting & Pricing Support: prepare accurate quotes coordinating with operations and sales.
• Client Relationship Management: build long-term relationships with high-net-worth and corporate clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with global ops, sales, and concierge teams.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: act as escalation point ensuring prompt, discreet resolutions.
• Service Improvement Initiatives: identify opportunities to enhance client experience.
• Reporting & Analysis: track interactions and feedback for leadership insights.
• Special Projects & Events: support VIP programs and bespoke service initiatives.
• Brand Ambassador: represent the company at tradeshows and conferences.
