Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of technical experience in industrial or commercial process water.
  • Experience with customer service and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates and executes field service activities at customer sites safely.
  • Proactively troubleshoots systems for mechanical and electrical issues.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Creates and maintains safe working environment and cultures within the organization
  • Takes care of company property
  • Works with more advanced and multi/complex systems
  • Proactively trouble shoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions
  • Anticipates and corrects safety issues – both company and customer owned equipment
  • May be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations or customers
  • Responsible for the escalation and leveraging appropriate company resources to address issues with personnel and customers
  • Provides coaching or training to entry-level technicians
Position Requirements

FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Tech cert or degree or industry specific licenses
  • Technical military background preferred

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:

  • 5-7 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
  • Experience with Microsoft office including smart devices
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and trouble shooting ability
  • Basic controls ability (PLC)
  • Able to pass a credit check
  • Must be able to function in a team environment
  • Usually works with little to no supervision
  • Works independently
  • Has ability to lead, coach, guide and motivate
