Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience working with High Performance players.
• Compete with UTR 10+ players.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate a passion for the game and for learning.
• Current PTR or USPTA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and delivering all High Performance programs including sessions, camps, tournaments and events.
• Coach groups and private/semi-private lessons in the HP pathway; be available for adult programs.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized court environment and equipment.
• Travel to domestic tournaments as needed and promote the HP program locally, regionally and nationally.
• Participate in scheduled meetings with the HP Manager and coaching team; support coach development.
