The Master’s Lawn & Pest in Florida is seeking an experienced irrigation specialist to troubleshoot and repair complex irrigation systems. You will work on 2-wire and conventional systems and be responsible for diagnostics, programming, and system audits.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The role offers a base pay of $20.00–$25.00 per hour plus quarterly profit sharing bonuses, with fully stocked service vans and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• 5+ years irrigation experience in commercial or high-end residential systems.
• 2-Wire Systems mastery: Hunter ACC2/ICD and Rain Bird ESP-LXIVM.
• Electrical diagnostic skills using multimeters and locators.
• Hydraulic knowledge of valves and PVC mainline repairs.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, service, and repair complex 2-wire and conventional irrigation systems.
• Use diagnostic locators and meters to trace faults, locate buried valves, and repair shorts.
• Program commercial controllers, build water schedules, and perform system audits.
• Document job notes and recommend system upgrades to property managers and homeowners.

• 2-Wire Systems Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Hunter ACC2/ICD and Rain Bird ESP-LXIVM systems (decoders, tracking open wires, shorts, and wire path tracing).


• Electrical Diagnostic Skills: Hands-on experience using multimeters, wire locators, and valve locators for solenoid resistance, amp, and voltage testing.


• Hydraulic Knowledge: Expertise in diagnosing stuck/weeping valves, diaphragm failures, and high-pressure PVC mainline/lateral repairs.
