Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting complex patent litigation.
• Proficiency with ECF filings and Federal/Local Rules.
• Demonstrated experience supervising paralegal staff.
• Expert Bluebook and legal/factual cite-checking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage case files, logistics, and deadlines through the full patent litigation lifecycle.
• Supervise, mentor, train, and collaborate with paralegal staff.
• Manage eDiscovery and document production processes, including collection and privilege logs.
• Coordinate trial-site logistics and courtroom support.
