Compensation
  • Pay Type: Hourly plus quarterly production bonuses, according to EXL policies
  • Total compensation ranges between $60k - $90k+ in the first year, combining base pay and bonuses
  • Hourly rate depends on experience and location

Job Description Summary

This advanced role involves performing physical and remote audits of insured businesses. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, investigations, data collection, and preparing reports for insurance carriers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform audit activities as assigned by management
  • Determine audit priorities, schedule, prepare appointment letters, review business records, and draft reports
  • Meet with business owners/managers to review findings and implement actions
  • Transmit reports to Quality Review by deadlines
  • Travel to audit sites as required
  • Correct and resubmit audits as needed

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Resourcefulness in completing projects
  • Proficiency in computer applications for documentation
  • Understanding of audit functions
