Svetness is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness programs in clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, client success, and ongoing professional development through company resources.

Candidates should hold a recognized CPT and CPR/AED certification, with 1–3 years of experience. Trainers will use the Svetness App for planning and documentation and may earn bonuses based on retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer to deliver one-on-one and couples sessions at clients' homes
• CPR/AED certification required for client safety
• Strong communication skills for in-person coaching and written notes
• Basic nutrition knowledge to support healthy outcomes
• Experience with a variety of training modalities and equipment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic movements
• Must own basic training equipment for client sessions and be willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces
• Customize client workouts based on initial assessments
• Utilize Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks
• Maintain appointments and manage scheduling around client needs
• Commute to client sessions and maintain flexible availability
