Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness programs at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design workouts, track progress with the Svetness App, and help clients reach their goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling, support from a customer service team, liability insurance, bonuses, and a steady client base. A CPT cert and CPR/AED are required, with access to ongoing education resources.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with accreditation by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED certification current.
• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years of PT experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic nutrition knowledge and healthy living practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.

Responsibilities

• Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments via Svetness scheduling.
• Offer flexible schedule to accommodate appointments.
• Commute to/from client sessions up to 45 minutes.
