Job summary

Svetness is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver one-on-one and couple sessions at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design personalized programs using initial assessments and track progress with the Svetness App.

The role offers flexibility, ongoing education, support from management, liability insurance, and opportunities for bonuses as you grow with the client base.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer credentialed by recognized bodies.
• CPR/AED certification kept up to date.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years PT experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Fitness expertise with diverse equipment and methods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment; clients may not have equipment.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home fitness instruction.
• Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and correct form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments via Svetness scheduling.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Commute to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
