Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness instruction at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor settings. You will customize programs from initial assessments, use our Svetness App for sessions and notes, and help clients reach their goals with flexible scheduling and strong support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Broad knowledge of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs and performing athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personal training in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors.
• Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use the Svetness Fitness App for programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and adjust form as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Maintain and book client appointments via Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer flexible scheduling and commute to client locations (up to 45 minutes).
