Job summary

Svetness is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces.

You will design and modify programs based on assessments and use our app to log sessions and provide continual coaching.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer cert with accredited body (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification required and up-to-date.
• HS diploma or GED with 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; athletic calisthenics.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment.
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes.
• Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications.
• Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes.
