Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness programs at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design and execute personalized plans, track progress using the Svetness App, and adapt sessions to meet client goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling, loyalty bonuses, and growth opportunities through ongoing education and support from management.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized body (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE) required.
• CPR/AED certification required and up-to-date.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of training experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor settings.
• Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments using Svetness scheduling software; keep a flexible schedule.
