Svetness Personal Training is hiring Certified Personal Trainers to deliver one-on-one and couples workouts in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor settings in Thorndale, AL. You’ll customize programs, track progress with the Svetness App, and help clients reach their fitness goals with personalized coaching.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by a recognized certifying organization.
• CPR/AED Certification: Up-to-date CPR/AED training.
• Education and experience: High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of PT experience.
• Strong communication skills: Clear verbal, written, and technical communication.
• Knowledgeable in nutrition: Basic nutrition understanding.
• Fitness equipment familiarity with various training methods.
• Physical ability: Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics.
• Possession of personal basic training equipment for client sessions.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized workouts in client homes, apartments, or outdoors.
• Customize client workout programs from initial assessment.
• Utilize Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate clients.
