Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is expanding its in-home training team in Alabama. We seek dedicated trainers to deliver personalized fitness programs at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces, offering flexibility and strong support from a growing network.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will customize workouts from initial assessments, track progress with the Svetness App, and coordinate sessions with clients.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer required with national accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years PT experience.
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics.
• Must provide personal training equipment as clients may lack equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home or outdoor fitness instruction.
• Customize workouts from Initial Assessment.
• Utilize Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes.
