Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You’ll join a dynamic team that values flexibility, growth, and client results while managing scheduling through our app.

The role emphasizes individualized programs, consistent reassessment, and strong communication to help clients reach their goals with convenience and professional support.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED Certification: Up-to-date training.
• Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledgeable in nutrition: Basic understanding of healthy living practices.
• Fitness expertise: Familiar with a variety of equipment and training methods.

Responsibilities

• Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment.
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes.
• Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications.
• Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes.
