Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness programs directly at clients' homes or outdoor spaces. Trainers will engage clients one-on-one or as couples, focusing on achieving individualized goals while leveraging the Svetness app for progress tracking and scheduling.

Qualified trainers have a current CPT credential, CPR/AED certification, 1–3 years of experience, and the ability to travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer credential required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Experience with a variety of training equipment and methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartments gyms, or outdoors.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for programming and notes for all sessions.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks and maintain scheduling via Svetness.
• Maintain flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Require up to 45 minutes travel time to/from client sessions.
