Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking certified in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness coaching at clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations. You will design tailored programs, demonstrate exercises with proper form, and track progress through the Svetness App.

We offer flexible scheduling, no non-compete, liability insurance, bonuses and rewards, and ongoing education. Travel to client locations is required, with up to 45 minutes commute.

Qualifications

• NCCA/DEAC/NBFE-accredited CPT certification required.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• 1–3 years of personal training experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic nutrition knowledge to guide clients.
• Experience with various training methods and equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations.
• Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and adjust as needed.
• Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App and maintain session notes.
• Travel to client locations within a 45-minute commute.
