Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is hiring in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences at clients' homes. You will design tailored programs, demonstrate exercises, and track progress with the Svetness App.

We offer flexible scheduling, no non-compete, liability insurance, and support from a concierge team to help you manage client bookings. Travel to client locations is expected (up to 45 minutes).

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with accredited certification (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date.
• 1–3 years of personal training experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, technical).
• Basic nutrition knowledge to guide healthy habits.
• Familiar with various training methods and equipment.
• Physically able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Ability to bring basic training tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, adjusting as needed.
• Track progress using Svetness Fitness App, including session notes and reassessments.
• Maintain consistency with client appointments and scheduling.
• Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes commute).
