Job summary

Svetness is seeking in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness coaching at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor locations. You’ll receive scheduling support, liability insurance, and ongoing education while building a flexible, client-focused career.

Trainers earn $35–$45 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses, referrals, and discounts on gear. Travel up to a 45-minute radius is expected as you grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with legitimate certs (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification required and up-to-date.
• 1–3 years of personal training experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Basic nutrition knowledge to guide clients on healthy habits.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and adapt as needed.
• Track progress using Svetness Fitness App and keep session notes.
• Maintain consistent client appointments and scheduling.
• Travel to client locations within reasonable commute.
