Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking certified in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness programs at client homes. You will design workouts, demonstrate techniques, and track progress using the Svetness app, while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

Earn $35–$45 per hour with no client marketing required and access to ongoing education, insurance, and rewards. Travel to clients within a 45-minute radius, with company support for scheduling and logistics.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer credential (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accredited)
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date required
• 1–3 years of personal training experience preferred
• Strong communication skills across verbal and written forms
• Basic nutrition knowledge to guide healthy habits
• Fitness expertise across diverse methods and equipment
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to arrive at client locations

Responsibilities

• Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and adjust as needed
• Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App and document session notes
• Maintain consistency with client appointments and scheduling
• Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes commute)
