Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with homeowners and the ability to establish fast rapport.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact consultations, meeting face-to-face with pre-screened homeowners.

• Value-based presentations using an organized methodology to showcase product advantages and warranties.
• Close the contract with a signed agreement during the initial in-home meeting.
