Qualifications
- 3+ years HVAC service experience (required).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- EPA certification; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Recommend system improvements and solutions.
- Perform high-quality work with attention to detail.
- Complete service tickets accurately on company iPad.
- Follow safety protocols and company standards.
