Job summary

Leadership Public Schools is seeking a dedicated athletic coach to lead athletic programs, develop athletes, and uphold a high standard of conduct across teams.

You will maintain equipment inventory, collaborate with teachers, students, parents, and administrators, and establish safety guidelines and team goals. NFHS and CPR/First Aid certifications are required prior to the first day of coaching.

Qualifications

• NFHS Certification (First Aid, Health and Safety, and Fundamentals of Coaching).
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Experience in coaching and knowledge of coaching fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture with a high standard of conduct that is consistent with Leadership Public Schools.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and uniforms.
• Understand and meet the needs of unique athletes and help athletes reach their highest potential.
• Establish safety guidelines, team goals, and objectives.
• Incorporate parents and guardians in student performance through collaboration.
• Report any rule violations to administrators.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
