Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a housekeeping associate to clean corridors, stock linen, and assist guests on guest room floors. You will operate cleaning equipment, manage closets, and ensure guest areas are maintained to hotel standards.

The role requires lifting and moving supplies, following safety procedures, and collaborating with Floor Supervisors and team members to provide excellent service 24/7.

Formación

• Ability to handle heavy carts and maintain safety.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain corridors, vending areas, elevators and service areas on guest room floors.
• Provide linen supplies and stock floor closets for Room Attendants.
• Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and Floor Supervisor.
• Review areas, remove trash, replenish linen, and stock closets.
• Strip dirty linen and transport to laundry; remove dirty glasses and return clean items.
• Maintain cleanliness of floor closets and scrub designated areas with proper chemicals.
• Turn in lost and found items and guest room keys; follow safety and security procedures.
• Report property condition defects and accidents to management.
• Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance and assist other housekeeping staff.
