Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, restrooms, and hallways.
• Clean laundry rooms, model units, and vacant apartments as needed.
• Clean exterior common areas and entryways; power-wash when required.
• Prepare units for move-ins and assist maintenance/leasing teams.
• Report safety hazards and needed repairs to management.
