Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is hiring full-time house cleaners in the Carrollton/Dallas area. You’ll receive training, a stable schedule, and a company car, with opportunities to earn bonuses and tips based on performance.

Responsibilities include cleaning homes to Molly Maid standards, communicating professionally with clients, maintaining equipment, and working as part of a positive team. No nights, no weekends, no holidays.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and vehicle supplies.
• Work as part of a team with a positive attitude.
• Team lead responsibilities: manage schedule and drive to locations.
