Job summary

Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is hiring for a full-time house cleaning position in Addison, TX. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays. Earn $12.50 to $22.00 per hour, with a compensation plan that allows you to control your income.

We provide a stable, consistent schedule, all cleaning supplies, training, all appointments, a company car, and a Performance Bonus. Paid holidays after 90 days and up to 5 days PTO after year one.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Have a valid US driver's license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. Tip potential included.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers.
• Maintain cleaning equipment – Take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with supplies.
• If you’re a team lead (driving our car): Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
