Job summary

Healthpreneur is looking for an elite Sales Representative to close high-ticket coaching offers from inbound applicants for the YouTube Authority Engine. You’ll assess fit, conduct discovery, and help prospects decide on investment.

This 100% commission-based role rewards performance. Expect ramp coaching, daily feedback, and the chance to reach $250,000+ annually as you scale call volume and close rate with top health professionals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling high-ticket consulting, coaching, agency, SaaS, or advisory services.
• Strong understanding of business & marketing fundamentals for business owner conversations.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills.
• Strong consultative selling ability.
• Comfortable handling difficult objections with respect.
• Highly coachable and committed to continuous improvement.
• Competitive, accountable, and driven by excellence.
• Full-time availability (weekends optional but a great opportunity).
• Big plus if you understand the health industry

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45-minute video sales calls via Zoom.
• Follow our proven consultative sales framework.
• Help qualified prospects make a confident yes or no decision.
• Clearly communicate the YouTube Authority Engine process, expectations, and investment.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and reporting.
• Participate in daily and/or weekly High Performance Practice, call reviews, and ongoing coaching.
• Continuously improve through feedback and role play.
• Work directly with our CEO for live feedback on your calls and daily coaching to reach KPI quickly.
