Job summary

Ascension Texas Cardiovascular seeks an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join an employed, non-profit Catholic health system. The role supports a busy practice with a strong referral base across four hospitals in the Austin area and opportunities to participate in education and clinical research.

The advanced heart failure program offers heart transplantation, LVAD, ECMO support, and comprehensive heart failure management within a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Responsibilities

• Join a growing, high-volume cardiovascular team at the only heart transplant center in Austin.
• Provide comprehensive care in advanced heart failure including transplantation, LVAD, and ECMO support.
