Job summary

The role supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, focusing on service sales, guest service, and adherence to procedures.

Candidate should have a cosmetology license and salon experience, with strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Cosmetology license required.
Previous salon experience preferred.
Proficient in haircutting, coloring, styling, makeup, extensions, and related services.
Able to demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.

Responsibilities

Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and productivity targets for hair services and contribute to store sales and guest loyalty goals.
Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth.
Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to educate guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
