Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The role emphasizes guest service, high-quality salon results, and contributing to store goals through service sales and productivity.

You will collaborate with the Experience Manager and Skin Therapists, participate in trainings, and uphold safety, sanitation, and brand standards while delivering an exceptional total-store guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology licensed professional required.
• Experience with hair services, color, styling and extensions.
• Ability to develop guest relationships and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hair services including haircuts, color, styling, treatments, updos and extensions.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about new trends, products and services.
• Maintain attendance and salon cleanliness.
