Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist who will engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and perform a full range of services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments. You will drive guest satisfaction, contribute to service and retail sales, and collaborate with the Experience Manager and ASM to deliver a premier salon experience.

The role requires a cosmetology license and prior salon experience, with a focus on performance, attendance, and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, and updos.
