My Fit Foods is opening a new Houston store and seeks an Elite General Manager to build the team, establish culture, and take ownership of the store. You will lead the floor with customers, coach and develop people, and drive results in a health-focused brand.

Responsibilities

• Protect the culture by modeling core values daily.
• Own hiring, training, coaching, and development of your team.
• Lead front-line customer service and uphold store standards.
• Own your P&L and drive KPIs week to week.
• Travel occasionally to support stores and growth.
