Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitorial associate to perform cleaning across assigned facilities, maintaining sanitary and orderly conditions. Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, and floor care, with attention to detail and safety protocols.

The role requires following instructions, using proper cleaning agents, and maintaining a courteous, quiet presence while serving guests and staff in public areas.

Formación

• Knowledge of basic janitorial procedures and safety practices.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Understand and communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Interpret warning labels on cleaning chemicals.

Responsabilidades

• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height using a treated high duster.
• Sanitizing surfaces below shoulder height with germicidal solution.
• Bathroom cleaning in specified sequence and sanitizing fixtures.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners where needed.
• Floor dusting and vacuuming with proper technique and safety.
