Orangetheory Fitness in Worthington, OH is seeking a dynamic Fitness Coach to lead our Coach-inspired, science-backed workouts. You will guide members through high-energy sessions, monitor heart-rate zones, and ensure safety and effectiveness in every class.

Join a collaborative team focused on development, training, and delivering exceptional member experiences across our studio network. This full-time role offers growth through coaching and certifications.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certification required.
• Must hold a current fitness certification approved by Orangetheory Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve SMART goals.
• Provide form corrections and exercise options to ensure safety.
• Educate members on heart-rate-based training benefits.
• Demonstrate usage of all equipment in workouts.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented studio culture.
