Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed workouts. You’ll motivate members, correct form, and ensure safety while guiding heart-rate based training in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certification is required.
• Maintain a current fitness certification from an approved education provider.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve SMART goals.
• Offer form corrections and exercise options with safety as a priority.
• Understand the science behind our workouts, including heart-rate training.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all equipment and show its proper use.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
