Job summary

Lukos LLC is seeking a Fire Team Leader / Ground Force Commander Mentor in Coronado, CA to train NSWG-1 units and evolve the Unit Level Training and Force Development Course. The role requires strong leadership, curriculum development experience, and the ability to operate under a Secret clearance.

You will coordinate with NSWG-1 leadership, integrate diverse resources, and oversee course execution and assessment to deliver objective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Organizational Management or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of US Special Operations.
• Experience creating, implementing, and evaluating educational and training curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relevancy of the FDC framework and intent through regular communication with NSWG-1 Leadership.
• Identify resources and leaders for inclusion within FDC curriculum.
• Provide course schedules reflecting resources within a high-performance framework.
